Hello and welcome to C Small Property Services!

My name is Cody Small, I have been working in property maintenance throughout my life and began my own business in 2007.

Growing up I spent numerous hours on a lawn mower and weed wacker, but always had an interest in excavation. I have now grown my own lawn mowing business into much more. The benefit of having a smaller business is I am able to offer competitive pricing on all of my services from mowing to landscape to digging foundations.
